Sales of homes by foreigners rise 47%

Positive evolution in all autonomous communities.
The sale of free homes by foreigners increased in all autonomous communities. The increase was led by Asturias (83.2%) Galicia (81.8%) La Rioja (79.1%) and Castilla La Mancha (76.3%). Castilla y León, Aragon, Cantabria, Murcia, Andalusia and Catalonia were still above the national average, with increases that ranged between 64.7% and 49.8%. The lowest increases were registered in the Basque Country, Comunidad (34.3%) Navarra, Extremadura and the Canary Islands.
