To the Notary. The notary will collect the fees that, according to his tariff, correspond to the authorization of the deeds of sale and mortgage loan. It is important to know that by law, the payment of such fees corresponds to the seller, insofar as they refer to the authorization of the deed, and to the buyer, insofar as they refer to the issuance of copies of the deed. The buyer will only have to pay the entire notary's fees if he expressly agrees with the seller. The amount of the notarial fees is established by his tariff.
