When is the revised text of the Local Finance Regulatory Law approved?
The City Councils will require, in accordance with this law and the provisions that develop it, the following taxes.
Property Taxes (Contribution)
Tax on Economic Activities (IAE).
Tax on motor vehicles.
Likewise, the municipalities may establish and demand the Tax on Constructions, Installations and Development and the respective tax ordinances.
The Real Estate Tax is a direct tax of a real nature that is levied on the value of real estate in the terms established in this law.
