The pandemic conditions that have been experienced in the last year make the information contained in the 2020 Real Estate Registry statistics especially relevant. It has been a year in which we began with an unprecedented health crisis, which has caused important economic consequences, with the corresponding effects on the real estate market.

As a notable novelty, the 2020 real estate registry yearbook makes a breakdown of housing sales information according to nationality, presenting results of the leading nationalities in the purchase of housing by foreigners at the provincial level.
