The 'Villa Roc Fleuri', better known as James Bond's mansion in Nice (France), has returned to the market five years later, but this time with a significant price reduction compared to its previous listing.
It was previously for sale at 30 million euros, however, the mansion is now back on the market for 23.5 million euros.
The property spans 4,000 square meters and is located on the hill descending to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, offering unique and unmatched views of the Mediterranean.
The house features five bedrooms and a range of amenities: an outdoor saltwater pool, a private gym, a multimedia room, and even a spa area with another pool, this one heated and in an ‘infinity’ style. The interior design of the house is classic, typical of the 1920s. With its cinematic history, prime location, and luxurious spaces, this mansion presents a unique investment opportunity on the French Riviera.
