The price of used housing in Spain has registered a slight decrease of 0.1% during the month of August, standing at 1,825 euros / m2, according to the latest real estate price index.
The price has fallen during the month of August in 11 Spanish regions, Castilla-La Mancha (-11%) leads the falls followed by Aragon (-09%) Castilla y León and Navarra (-07% in both cases). the decreases in Madrid, the Balearic Islands, Asturias (-04% in the 3 regions), the Valencian Community (-02%) Euskadi, Catalonia and Galicia (-01% in the 3 cases) On the contrary Andalusia (1.4%) it leads the increases followed by Cantabria, Canarias, and La Rioja (0.4% in the 3 territories) In Extremadura, prices grew by 0.2% while in Murcia they remained stable.
20 provinces register higher prices than a month ago. The greatest rise has been in Almería (1.5%) followed by Ourense (1.2%) Guadalajara (11%) Santa cruz de Tenerife (0.9%) Málaga Guipúzcoa and Pontevedra (08% in three provinces) In the opposite side Valladolid (-5.8%) heads the list of provinces in which the price has fallen during the month of August, followed by Albacete (-2.4%) and Valencia (-2.1%)
