AN ALICANTE-BASED APPLICATION HAS MANAGED TO REDESIGN THE INTERIORS OF HOMES FROM MOBILE PHONES USING AI.

An AI application created in Elche allows for the redesign of home interiors from mobile phones, combining machine learning and artificial intelligence. With creainteriorista.com, it is possible to showcase the potential of a property through processed images by defining sketches for home interiors in seconds. The application, which does not aim to replace the work of interior designers, speeds up the process of generating ideas and helps visualize a "dressed" space. The initiative aims to serve as support for people looking for a home or property, real estate sellers, or renovation professionals. There is a free beta version with 20 entry credits, and the company seeks user feedback to improve the application and continue learning. They already have hundreds of users from Spain and America. According to the Department of Housing, there are more than 400,000 cadastral plots in the province prior to 1971, and many of these properties need to be adapted to existing regulations. This project aims to shed light and ideas for the decoration of these properties.
