THE 100 MOST EXPENSIVE AND DEMANDED POPULATIONS TO BUY A HOME THIS 2023
13th February 2023REAL ESTATE, NEXUS GROUP INFORMS
The classification of the 100 most expensive locations in the sales market once again highlights the important weight of the Spanish Mediterranean areas, where the towns of the Balearic Islands, Malaga and Alicante stand out. In fact, among the first 15 locations, 14 are in the coastal provinces of Levante, and only the Canarian municipality of Adeje, on the island of Tenerife, is in the top 10 of this ranking of the most expensive towns among the most in demand in Spain.
If we go to the interest of the demand for sale, the main populations with the greatest relative demand are concentrated in the large markets, especially in Madrid and its periphery, such as Getafe or Alcalá de Henares; and also in important capitals such as Valencia, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Zaragoza, Malaga, Seville or Pamplona.
Housing prices during the past year have experienced an increase of 5% year-on-year in December. Now, in this new analysis of the housing market, we will see the Ranking of the 100 most expensive municipalities by sale price and the most requested locations according to relative demand.
