The minister was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Ministry's Urban Agenda and Housing, David Lucas, and by the General Director of Sepes, Fidel Vázquez, an entity that has 1,000 million euros from the Recovery Funds.
Sepes urbanizes the land to obtain the plots suitable for housing the construction of public housing on an affordable rental basis. It is currently developing land to accommodate 5,697 affordable rental homes, included in the Affordable Rental Housing Scheme.
