From Sitges to Sotogrande, the Mediterranean commands the highest prices for property for sale.
The Malaga town of Benahavis once again leads the classification with the most expensive average prices in Spain, this time exceeding 1.86 million euros. With some of the most exclusive urbanizations in Europe, such as La Zagaleta, it is once again accompanied in the club of houses for a million by its neighbor Marbella (1.32 million) and more closely by the Balearic municipality of Calvià, with 1.57 million average total prices,
Getting closer to entering this select Club is the Sotogrande urbanization, in the Cadiz municipality of San Roque, in Cádiz, where the average price of homes for sale closed the year at almost €962,000. Behind them, towns in the Mediterranean arc continue to stand out, centered between the province of Barcelona, such as Sant Cugat del Vallès (€810,400) and Sitges (€699,900); the province of Alicante as Jávea (€793,000) or Altea (€743,250) and in the Balearic Islands, with Llucmajor (€757,000) or Eivissa (€711,600).
In the Levante area the most expensive towns are:
In 8th place: Altea (€743,244) 15th place Calpe, (€544,785) and 24th place Denia (€376,750)
